The newly crowned King Lor is tortured by the love he feels towards his half-brother Davon. When Davon abandoned Lor, he sought to end his own life.
The demon god Scion saved him and convinced him to press on. Scion loves Lor, but has never been more than a warm body to him. Scion serves in Lor’s court disguised as a mortal hoping he can one day win the heart of his king.
